Unfortunately, the Android MediaPlay app does not work correctly on a Kindle I tried it way back when. There is a version for the Android platform, too. Make sure the computer you are using to stream the. The key is to access your media on Twonky through a Web browser, with the VLC plug-in installed, over your local area network.
